Information in your workspace

Meibo stores account and membership details, CRM records, notes, tasks, commercial information, retained files and activity history. Connected services may supply email, calendar, document and message content according to the connection you authorise. Workspace owners manage membership and access.

Private and shared information

CRM records are shared within the authorised workspace. Agent conversations and imported meeting transcripts are private to the importing user. Approving a note or task derived from private evidence shares the approved content with the workspace. Admins can see agent activity metadata and usage, without seeing private prompts or source contents through that log.

AI and public research

When you allow AI processing, relevant context is sent to the configured AI provider through Meibo’s model gateway. Research queries are sent to a search provider only when an admin enables public research. Enrichment searches use public record names and selected business facts. Review imported information and avoid putting unnecessary personal or confidential information into public searches.

Meibo currently uses Vercel for application hosting and retained file storage, Neon for its database and managed authentication, and Vercel AI Gateway or the configured model provider for AI processing. Google, Microsoft and other connected services process data under their own account settings. See the trust page for observed hosting regions and remaining verification limits.

Cookies and account access

Authentication cookies maintain sign-in. A workspace preference selects the active workspace. OAuth state and consent support connections. Password recovery uses one-time codes delivered through the authentication provider.

Correction, export and removal

Edit or archive records within your workspace permissions. Workspace owners can export data and request offboarding from Settings → Billing. Archiving and requesting offboarding do not permanently erase data. For a personal-data request, contact the organisation that owns your workspace and identify the records or account involved. Retention and permanent deletion depend on the data involved, backups and the workspace’s obligations. Meibo does not publish a universal deletion deadline or claim an offboarding request has completed deletion. Get confirmation covering retained files and connected-service access.
