Your account and workspace
Keep credentials private. Workspace owners control invitations, roles and connected applications. Only upload or connect information you are authorised to use. Removing someone from a workspace removes their workspace access; it does not erase records they previously created.
Review and responsibility
Check AI suggestions and imported information before relying on them. Proposals, invoices, recorded payments and talent fees represent information recorded by your team. A recorded payment is not proof of bank reconciliation, and an uploaded contract is not proof of signature.
Owners and admins can configure limited automatic work. Enable it only for the actions and public fields appropriate to your workspace. Commercial and external actions retain their separate review requirements.
Plans, connections and leaving
Your selected plan and agreed order determine charges and included access. Third-party services may have their own costs and limits. Manage subscription cancellation through the billing portal when available. Exporting, disconnecting integrations and requesting offboarding are separate from cancelling billing.
