Access and account protection

Meibo uses verified email accounts and workspace roles. API credentials are scoped to one workspace and can be revoked. MCP applications request consent before connecting, and cannot approve their own changes.

Password recovery uses a one-time email code. Two-factor authentication and Microsoft account sign-in are not enabled in the current managed authentication service. Connecting Gmail or Outlook for CRM sync is separate from using those providers to sign in.

AI boundaries

Ask Meibo prepares changes for review. Admins may permit internal tasks and notes; users must also opt in for each request. Commercial changes, external messages and changes using private source material retain review. Automatic public enrichment is separately enabled and protects confirmed fields.

Model calls reserve spending capacity before starting. Displayed costs use configured token prices and are estimates, not provider invoices. Admin activity shows run metadata without sharing private prompts or message contents.

Hosting observations

Endpoint regions are read from the deployed configuration. The application region identifies this request’s runtime. These observations do not certify the location of backups, logs, email delivery or AI processing. Meibo does not currently make a UK-only or EU-only residency guarantee.

Export and deletion

Workspace owners can export data and request offboarding in Settings → Billing. Offboarding pauses background work and records a request; it does not claim that data has been deleted. Retained files, connected accounts, backups and any required retention must be addressed before deletion is confirmed.
