Revenue work is a set of conversations, commitments and next steps. Meibo brings the opportunity and its context together, so your pipeline review can become a working session instead of another status update.
See where the work stands.
Switch between a stage-based board and a detailed table. Filter to one pipeline, one owner or the opportunities you want to review.
Give progress a clear meaning.
Define your stage names and probabilities. Keep enquiry, won and lost outcomes consistent while shaping the open stages around your process.
Keep the next action close.
Connect a task or a note directly to a deal. Put the amount, due date, company and responsible owner alongside the opportunity.
A pipeline that speaks your language.
A new business pitch and an ongoing partnership may follow different paths. Configure named pipelines and stages, then use the same underlying deal records in a board or table. Keep the view useful for the person doing the work and the team reviewing it.
- Create pipelines with named stages and probabilities.
- Move opportunities between stages as the work progresses.
- Filter by pipeline, stage, owner, value or due date.
See the value. Keep the judgement.
Meibo shows open deal value and a weighted open value calculated from deal amounts and stage probabilities. Use the figures to frame a conversation, then inspect the underlying opportunities. A weighted total is a planning signal, not a promise that the revenue will arrive.
- Open value excludes won and lost deals.
- Weighted open value uses your stage probabilities.
- Use linked tasks and notes to record what happens next.

Start small.
Make it useful.
You don’t need to configure everything before the first useful conversation. Start with real work and build from there.
- 01
Define the actual process.
Start with the stages your team uses today. Give each a clear meaning and decide what evidence moves a deal forward. Configure the names and probabilities in Meibo.
- 02
Add the live opportunities.
Give each deal an owner, a company, an amount and a due date. Add a linked task for the next action and a note for the context the team will need.
- 03
Review and act.
Open a saved view and work through the deals that need a decision. Update the stage, capture the next action and use won or lost outcomes when the opportunity closes.
Keep your tools in the conversation.
Build around Meibo’s REST API and webhooks. Use workspace-scoped access to connect the records your process needs, with the documented endpoints and event contracts.

Questions about managing your pipeline in Meibo.
What is sales pipeline management in Meibo?
It is a way to organise opportunities by stage, owner and value, with connected notes and tasks. You can review a pipeline as a board or table, adjust records as work progresses and save useful views for the team.
Can I customise the stages?
Yes. Owners and admins can configure pipeline names, stage names and probabilities. A pipeline keeps an enquiry stage and exactly one won and one lost stage. Won uses 100%, lost uses 0%, and open-stage probabilities stay below 100%.
Can I use more than one pipeline?
Yes. Meibo supports multiple named pipelines and a default pipeline. Use separate pipelines when the underlying process differs, and saved views when you need a different perspective on the same process.
How does weighted pipeline value work?
For each open deal, Meibo multiplies the amount by the probability of its stage, then adds those values together. Won and lost deals are excluded. The preview on this page uses the same calculation as the application, with fictional sample deals.
Is weighted pipeline a revenue forecast?
It is an estimate based on stage probabilities, not a guaranteed or AI-generated revenue forecast. The quality depends on current deal values, stages and probabilities. Review buyer evidence, timing and risk separately before making a forecast commitment.
What happens after a deal is won?
The deal keeps its won outcome. If your work uses campaigns, you can create a linked campaign from the won deal and open that campaign again from the deal record. Decide who owns the handoff and which delivery tasks need to be created.
