Represent your roster with the whole picture in view. Meibo keeps talent, brands, availability, usage rights, exclusivity and delivery together, so every new enquiry starts with what your team has already agreed.

BUILT AROUND THE WORK
A talent agency manages two sets of relationships at once.
You represent the talent and you sell to brands. Every deal connects the two and carries terms that outlast the campaign: what the brand may do with the content, what the talent has agreed not to do and when each obligation ends. Meibo is built to keep those terms with the deal they belong to.
Know who is free.
See confirmed bookings, holds and unavailable dates for each talent, alongside the exclusivity they have agreed, before you put them forward.
Keep the terms with the deal.
Record usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, contracts, rates and commission against the deal or campaign, not in a separate spreadsheet.
Get ahead of the dates.
Reminders surface exclusivity that is about to end, and the delivery review flags expired usage rights and overdue deliverables for someone to check.
01 / TALENT AND BRANDS
Your roster and your clients, in one place.
Keep a record for each talent with their platforms, audience, category and the manager responsible. Link brands, deals and campaigns to the talent involved, so anyone on the team can see the full relationship before the next conversation.

Brands as companies, with the people you deal with.
Deals and campaigns linked to the talent and the brand.

02 / AVAILABILITY
Holds and bookings that cannot overlap.
Record holds, confirmed bookings and unavailable periods against each talent, linked to the deal or campaign they relate to. Meibo stops a new hold or booking from overlapping an existing one, so double-booking is caught when it is entered.
Hold, confirmed, unavailable and cancelled states.
Bookings linked to the relevant deal or campaign.
Overlapping dates are rejected with a clear message.
New hold: 11–13 JuneThese dates overlap an existing hold, booking or unavailable period.
Illustrative bookings with fictional dates. Meibo rejects a hold or booking that overlaps an existing one.
03 / RIGHTS AND EXCLUSIVITY
Restrictions with dates, scope and a source.
Record each exclusivity against the talent, campaign and brand, with its category, restrictions, territory and dates. When the terms come from an email or document, keep the quoted clause with the record. Usage rights, channels, territories, duration and an end date sit in the deal’s delivery plan.
Needs review, confirmed and cancelled states.
Quoted source clauses checked against the email or document.
Reminders before exclusivity ends, 14 days by default.
“…no paid partnerships with the Competitors listed in Schedule 2…”
Reminder 14 days before the end date
Conceptual layout with fictional terms, not a screenshot. The quoted clause stays with the record so anyone can check it.
04 / DELIVERY AND APPROVALS
From signed deal to approved content.
Plan deliverables with owners, due dates, revision limits and asset links. Share a deliverable with the client’s verified email for approval or change requests, without giving them access to your CRM. Proposals, invoices and recorded payments sit with the deal, and your internal commission stays private to your team.

05 / ASK MEIBOEarly access
A first read of every enquiry, with sources.
Ask Meibo can read an incoming brief and prepare a private assessment: the budget, timing, deliverables, audience and usage rights it can find, with the sources it used, and the questions still to ask. It can suggest talent to consider with sourced reasons. It will not guess availability, pricing or exclusivity clearance, and nothing changes in the CRM until you approve it.
Facts extracted only where the brief supports them.

A PRACTICAL FIRST WEEK
Start with the roster. Then the next deal.
You don’t need to configure everything first. Record what is already agreed, then run a real deal through it.
01
Add your roster.
Create a profile for each talent with their platforms, audience and manager. Import brands and contacts from a CSV, checking the matches before anything is saved.
02
Record what is already agreed.
Add current exclusivity, holds and bookings for each talent, and the usage rights on live deals. This is the information every new enquiry needs to be checked against.
03
Run the next deal through it.
Check availability and exclusivity, scope the usage, build the quote and plan the deliverables in the deal. Adjust fields and views once you have seen a real deal through.
Is Meibo built for talent agencies or for any business?
Meibo is a CRM for relationship-led teams, and it includes records and workflows designed for agencies that represent talent: talent profiles, bookings, exclusivity, usage rights and client approvals. You can use as much or as little of that as your agency needs.
Is this a recruitment or staffing CRM?
No. Meibo’s talent features are designed for agencies that represent creators, presenters and other talent in brand partnerships, not for recruiting candidates into jobs.
Can Meibo tell us whether a talent is free for a brand?
Meibo shows the confirmed bookings, holds and exclusivity you have recorded and stops overlapping bookings. Whether a talent is clear for a particular brand is still a decision for your team, based on the records and the signed agreements.
Does Meibo store contracts?
Delivery plans hold contract references with a status, a link and an expiry date. Store the signed documents in your document system and link them from the deal.
Can brands see our internal notes or commission?
No. Client approvals share a selected deliverable with a verified recipient. Clients do not get access to your CRM, and internal commission is private to your team.
Which plan do we need?
Talent records are included on every plan. Client review and approval portals and white-label workspaces are on Growth and above. Compare the details on the pricing page.
